As per the agreement, the company carried out expertise of the construction design of the new building of ELEMENTAL Skanste Business Centre in order to assess the architecture, construction, fire safety and energy-efficiency sections. In April 2019, the project was awarded the BREEAM International certificate with Excellent evaluation rating at 80.1%.
